Since 2023, LMDDC has collaborated regularly with POST Luxembourg to develop e-learnings on human resource topics.
Initially, these self-paced training courses were designed for newly promoted managers to familiarize them with their roles and responsibilities. Topics covered include:

Time management
Each e-learning delivers essential information on its topic in under 1 hour. Content is structured for easy navigation so that the employees can quickly revisit specific sections. Every course features interactive activities and brief animations depicting critical scenarios where learners must apply their newly acquired knowledge to make appropriate decisions.
Additionally, some courses have been adapted as onboarding materials for new employees. These onboarding modules have been tested with a representative sample of new hires to ensure usability and comprehensibility across a diverse learner population, ranging from postal workers to upper management.
All courses are interactive e-learning modules designed and developed with the RISE 360 solution and hosted on POST's Learning Management System.
